Authorization
Client hereby certifies that they have the legal right to authorize repairs for the above listed vehicle, either through legal ownership, lease rights, or written
authorization from the vehicle’s owner. Client authorizes E.P. Auto Repair to take the steps necessary to perform the repairs listed in this contract, including any
necessary on-road vehicle testing.

Payments
Client agrees to pay on full for the services described above upon completion of all listed auto repairs prior to picking their vehicle from E.P. Auto Repair. Client agrees
to pay for all parts, labor, fees, taxes and other charges incurred during the performance of any repairs authorized by Client in writing. E.P. Auto Repair will provide an
invoice upon completion of repairs detailing fees, and listing a final outstanding balance for payment. Payment must be made in full before the vehicle will be
returned to Client.
All payments must be done in CAD. E.P. Auto Repair accepts debit card payments, cheques, money drafts, e-transfer and or cash.

Repair Process
E.P. Auto Repair follows the following process to repair the vehicle:

1. Analysis of the Vehicle: When the vehicle is dropped at E.P. Auto Repair for the repairs, the technicians analyze the condition of the vehicle and prepare a report
   listing all necessary repairs. This list also includes the cost that will be incurred due to the respective repairs. This report was delivered to the Client before the signing
   of this Contract and the Client certifies that it has received the list comprising a description of the repairs needed and their respective costs.
2. Additional Damages: During the repair process, additional faults or damages may be uncovered. In that case, E.P. Auto Repair will halt its repairing and deliver a
   written notification of required repairs to the Client. E.P. Auto Repair won’t conduct any other repairs outside of those described herein unless written consent from
   the Client has been obtained.
3. Insurer Estimate: In case that an insurance claim is filed by the Client related to the repairs performed, E.P. Auto Repair will submit an insurance estimate to the
   Insurer. This estimate will be used by the Insurer for the sole purpose of validating the insurance claim.

Communication with Insurers
Client (owner of the car) acknowledge that E.P. Auto Repair has no formal relationship or obligation to any insurer. E.P Auto Repair’s sole obligation is to Client only,
and performing safe, timely, and complete repairs is the first priority. Client acknowledges that E.P. Auto Repair is not obligated to communicate with or assist insures
or their agents, including accepting cost estimates from insurers or allowing their agents into shop facilities for any reasons.

Non-OEM Parts
Client acknowledges that any repairs using parts not made by the vehicle’s manufacturer (company known as aftermarket parts) may lead to the following:

1. Lease or finance violation: some lease and finance contracts require the purchaser or lessee to make repairs using only original manufacturer parts (OEM
   parts). Aftermarket parts used in repairs may violate these contracts.
2. Decrease in value: repairs made using aftermarket parts may lead to increased depreciation and or lost vehicle value.
3. Manufacturer warranty: some vehicle manufacturers require that all repairs be made using only OEM parts. Use or aftermarket parts may void vehicle
   warranties.
   In recognition of the above risks, E.P. Auto Repair shall not use any parts for repairs unless those parts are approved for use Client. It is advised that Client take the
   above risks when choosing parts for necessary repairs.
   While Client has sole right to choose which parts are used for repairs to the listed vehicle, E.P. Auto Repair reserves the right to exercise professional judgement and
   refuse to make repairs using parts which are deemed inadequate or unsafe.
   E.P. Auto Repair shall provide a limited warranty covering the work performed under the terms of this contract. This warranty shall last for a period of 6 calendar
   moths and or 12000 km from the completion of authorized repairs. After the initial repairs are completed, Client must bring above vehicle to E.P. Auto Repair for

Initials
inspection and or oil change, after the vehicle has driven 5000 km. During the warranty period, E.P. Auto Repair will, at its sole cost and expense, correct any defects
in workmanship related to the repairs performed in relation to this contact. This warranty covers labor only, and does not extend to any parts used for repairs.
In the event that the Client violates any warranty conditions listed above, E.P. Auto Repair has the right to void warranty for listed vehicle.

Binding Contract
This contract shall be considered binding upon both parties and their assignees or successors, including subsequent title holders for the vehicle being repaired.

Additional Services
No services outside of those described in this agreement will be performed by E.P. Auto Repair without prior written approval from Client.

Entire Agreement
This contract represents the entire legal agreement between E.P. Auto Repair and Client. No other promises or agreements outside of this contract and subsequent
repair authorizations shall be considered valid.

Penalty for Nonpayment
E.P. Auto Repair shall not be required to release the above vehicle until Client has made full payment for all services approved in writing and performed by E.P. Auto
Repair.

In the event that auto repair services rendered are not paid for within 30 days of completion, E.P. Auto Repair reserves the right to sell and or register a lien against
