Sent my 2011 Cooper countryman in for a timing chain, and man, let me tell you!!! I sent it in on Saturday, and by the afternoon, we received a call to confirm the issue and that it would be ready by Monday afternoon!! Not only were they quick, they were very, very reasonable with the cost. Super friendly and even informed me of other issues I had. They fixed what it came in for, and that's it. Car runs like a dream again. I would recommend again and again and will definitely only ever bring my car to them.
